Christopher Marlowe এর একটি শেষ্ঠ সাহিত্যকর্ম হলো Dr. Faustus নাটক। এই নাটকের প্রধান চরিত্রে আছেন Dr. Faustus যিনি জ্ঞানের সকল শাখায় বিচরণ করে ক্ষান্ত হননি। স্বর্গীয় ও সীমাহীন ক্ষমতা লাভের জন্য তিনি যাদুবিদ্যা চর্চা শুরু করেন। সময়ের পরিক্রমায় সে শয়তান লুসিফারের দাসের সাক্ষাৎ পায়। সেই দাসের সহায়তায় সে কিছু ক্ষমতাও লাভ করে। একজন Angel তাকে এসব ত্যাগের পরামর্শ দিলেও তা সে ত্যাগ করে। না। ফলে শয়তানরা তার আত্মা নরকে নিয়ে যায়। Christopher Marlowe রচিত আরো কিছু সাহিত্য কর্ম হলো - Tamburlaine the Great, The Jew of Malta, The Passionate Shepherd to His Love (Poem), Edward II ইত্যাদি।
